Research On Culture Construction Of Professional Soccer Club In China

It is of great practical significance for the healthy development of the very clubs in the direction of sustainability to study culture construction of professional soccer clubs in China.The paper,which has a theory foundation of Culture,Enterprise Culture and Sport Culture,and has used the 16 Football League clubs having participated the "2008 China's Super Football League" as a research sample,studies the definition of club culture,structure and functions of the professional football clubs,through the use of literature,interviews,on-site investigation,case analysis, and other research methods,and on the basis of recalling and analyzing the evolution of China's professional soccer club history and the motivation of the professional football clubs in China.From the cultural level of material,behavior,system and spirit,and with specific indicators of China's professional soccer club culture,the paper describes and analyzes the current state of development of China's professional soccer club culture.It's concluded that spiritual and cultural construction of China's professional soccer clubs lags far behind their material and cultural construction,that China's professional football clubs do not have the very nature of advance and science, and that they have terribly low level of civilization.In a word,it has become a pressing issue to make great efforts to develop China's professional soccer club culture.Firstly,China's professional football clubs need to strengthen spiritual and cultural construction,change "performance-centered" business ideas,deal with the relations of "Rich Values","Profit Values","Service Values" and "Education Values" dialectic ally,promote the positive character of the club reflecting the spirit of the clubs,and establish operating philosophy of science and civilization;Secondly,in the construction of club culture and system,a modern enterprise system should be constructed as soon as possible to promote checks and balances of the corporate governance structure construction between general meeting of shareholders,board of directors,board of supervisors and department managers.At present,club board of supervisors and the construction of Party organizations should in particular be strengthened;club management systems should be sound,practical and operational;the implementation of the system should reflect the doctrine——"According to law,strict law enforcement;true in word and resolute in deed;equality before the system";and the implementation of the system should adhere to the principle of "combination of strict and flexible";Thirdly,it cannot be completed only by the very clubs that the cultural construction of China's professional soccer clubs.From the external environment, industry management should be increased;league management systems should be created;and the effectiveness of community supervision should be improved.From the internal environment,sound and scientific management systems should be established to bound the whole behaviors of the clubs and the individual behaviors of the employees,and at the same time,Human-Management Systems should be established to bound the behaviors of the athletes;Lastly,material and cultural construction of China's professional soccer club cannot be completed only by increasing the venue facilities,but also by improving the quality and the level of "Competition Products".Just in this way,can the club have a good reputation,can the club's brand be become bigger and stronger,and can team logos,uniforms,team song,mascots and sport goods embodying the spirits of the club make a deeper impression to the fans.There is a very close relation between spiritual culture,system culture,behavior culture and material culture,which can influence and restrict each other.All in all,a construction pattern,which reflects inside-and-outside connections, being focus-oriented,being consistent and common development,should be formed in the course of constructing China's professional soccer club culture.
