Research On The School's Ecological Environment In Which The Middle School PE Teachers' Growth

This research uses the document method, the investigating method, the mathematical statistic method, the logical method and the ecosystem method to carry on the theory discussion and the real diagnosis research on the school's ecological environment in which the middle school PE teachers grow.This article applies the environment, the ecological environment and the education ecology theory combined with the characteristics of middle school PE teachers' work and proposes the concept, the structure, the function and the analysis frame of the school's ecological environment in which the middle school PE teachers grow. In this foundation, this article launches the following real diagnosis research.First, making "a measuring form of the middle school PE teachers' sensation on the school's ecological environment", which is credible and effective and includes 6 dimensions, and establishing a structure equation model of the middle school PE teachers' sensation on the school's ecological environment.Second, adopting "a measuring form of the middle school PE teachers' sensation on the school's ecological environment" to carry on the survey on the PE teachers' actual sensation on ecological environment in Fujian Province. After the different examination, it indicates on the whole: (1) Of the 6 dimensions by which they sense the school's ecological environment, the factor of interpersonal relationship is most ideal. The second one is the education reform and the research atmosphere. The third is the factor of leading behavior. The fourth is the factor of teaching condition. The fifth is the factor of the policy and the system. The least ideal one is the factor of work treatment. (2) PE teachers in different sexes, different school records, different skills, different titles, different ages and different teaching seniority have not obvious difference. (3) PE teachers in different schools of different areas or different ranks, as well as having different income or whether have administration work sense the school's ecological environment remarkably differently.Third, adopting a measuring form of teachers' satisfaction degree, we measure middle school PE teachers' present condition of satisfaction in the sample of Fujian Province. Comparing its result with the environment diagraph of the school ecosystem result and analyzing them, it shows that their related coefficient is 0.745, with an obvious relationship with the 6 factors of PE teachers' school ecosystem environment. Taking satisfaction degree as induced variable, 6 factors in the measuring form of the school's ecosystem environment as independent variable and adopting All-enter method, we do regression analysis of the relation between PE teachers' satisfaction degree and the school's ecosystem environment. It is proved that the equation of regression is effective. The equation of regression is Y=33.131+1.162×job paying+0.939×the headmaster's behaviors+0.589×policy system+0.247×atmosphere of teaching improvement and research+0.173×interpersonal relationship+0.116×teaching condition, the coefficient of determination R~2 is 0.592, the constant B is 31.833, F is 91.067, t is 9.622, P is.000.Adopting a measuring form of teacher morale, we measured high school PE teachers' present morale condition in local province in the sample, compared its result with the environment diagraph of the school ecosystem result and analyzed them. It shows that their related coefficient is 0.53, with an obvious relationship with 6 factors of PE teachers' school ecosystem environment. Taking morale as induced variable, 6 factors in the school ecosystem environment measuring form as independent variable and adopting to All-enter method, we did regression analysis of the relation between PE teachers' morale and school ecosystem environment. It is proved that equation of regression is effective. The equation of regression is Y=33.78+0.067×job paying+0.136×headmaster behaviors+0.049×policy system+1.184×atmosphere of teaching improvement and research+0.351×interpersonal relationship-0.167×teaching condition, the coefficient of determination R~2 is 0.374, the constant B is 33.78, F is 37.697, t is 9.889, P is.000.Based on quantification research, we studied further to explore the regulation and control strategy of this school ecosystem environment where the PE teachers' lives.(1)According to the problems found in the investigation, try to improve current unsatisfied ecosystem factors of PE teachers' school ecosystem environment; (2) Adjusting and controlling according to substitution theorem of ecosystem factors. Putting forward the highly related factors to compensate the shortage of partial factors; (3)According to PE teachers' hierarchy of needs and ecosystem principle, adjusting and controlling PE teachers' different hierarchy of needs and their reasonable ecosystem places distributions. In addition, to create strict system environment, each unit can carry out a different management method respectively to PE teachers' different personality quality. To optimize the school ecosystem environment, the school should establish terrace and satisfy the demand of parts of high quality PE teachers, helping them to be excellent PE teachers soon.
