Culture conflict is the confrontation among different cultures. Culture conflict between teachers and students is the confrontation on conceptions about value and behaviors, because they show different cultures. In the transformable time of society, culture conflict between teachers and students has many kinds of representations: the conflict between teachers who own mainstream culture and students who get along with minor mainstream, the conflict between teachers who emphasize knowledge importation and students who have all kinds of interests, the conflict between teachers who appraise students by uniform standard and students who hope to be appraised differently, the conflict between teachers who use the paternalistic management and students who seek for democracy and equality. Furthermore, culture conflict between teachers and students in the transformable time of society is complicated, scabrous, severe and diverse, and has the far-reaching influence. It is certain that culture conflict between teachers and students may harm both people' s health of body and mind, may destroy the well-balanced classroom, and may weaken the actual effect of school education. But we cannot lose sight of its positive effect. It may inspire teachers and students' enthusiasm, may build up the harmonious relationship, may promote their developments, and may procure new school culture. Why the culture conflict between teachers and students will happen? The culture difference between teachers and students will not produce conflict automatically, therefore the growing contradiction when teachers contact students is the cause for culture conflict between teachers and students. Because teachers are inclined to hold their authority, the contradiction will happen sometimes. There are two primary causes for the culture conflict between teachers and students: one is that the nature of people has the conflict with the sociality, the other is that culture also contains the contradiction. Many other aspects, such as schools, teachers, students and families, will impact the conflict during the process, but the direct cause and the primary culture cause.
