Since the 1980s, Normal Universities of our country have continually offeredPedagogic Principle Curriculums, taken in graduates and doctors whose major arePedagogic Principle. Meanwhile, a series of works on Pedagogic Principle have comeout in succession. However, whatever the offered curriculums, textbooks or monographs,there is no difference with the previous pedagogy. On the other hand, it is nearly thesame as Educational Philosophy, which instructs philosophical principle, not scientificprinciple. Hence such problems appear: What kind of subject is Pedagogic Principle innature? What is the boundary between Pedagogic Principle and Pedagogy, EducationalPhilosophy and so on. Is it possible to construct a scientific Pedagogic PrincipleDiscipline? This research is the initial attempt to answer these questions.The whole dissertation consists of eight chapters. Chapter One to Chapter Six is thetheoretical basis of the whole dissertation. Through briefly investigating the scientificpursuit of subject in the history of pedagogy, this research inclines to reserve SyntheticPedagogy ( need rebuilding ) as the first order subject. It advocates that on the basis ofachievement of the existing educational theory and Pedagogic Principle, constructsPedagogy Principle Discipline of precise experienced social science in nature byre-defining "Education is an activity with the inheritance of valuable knowledge andculture resources in human society". Experienced Science (Theory) is a systemconstructed by real indicative statement. Its essence consists in scientific methods, thatis to say, it is to construct correlative simplified model by hypothesis. Practice is thesole criterion for testing the truth. However, any theory must possess logic legitimacy.At the same time, scientific theory should be falsifiability and formal beauty. It ispossible that we can educe the basic concept of subject from pure cybernetics model.The basic concepts are: Educational Aim, Educational Organization, Learning System,and Educational Control. From that, it can educe the main categories: CognitiveDevelopment, Moral Development, Curriculum, Educational System, Teaching,Learning, Examination and so on.Chapter Seven to Chapter eight conclusively discusses the Pragmatics problems,Regularity problems and Originality problems of scientific text. It shows the essential,non-educational final solution to educational basic contradiction and problems. Thewhole research indicates that constructing a Pedagogic Principle Discipline of precisemeaningful experienced social science in nature is not only necessary, but also totallypossible.
