Following entry into WTO, Chinese economy, politics and culture are getting to meet the international practice. This part aims at answer three questions: how to create conditions for international cooperation; how to face the impact of environment and to adapt to it; and how to carry out cooperation in line with the development of educational industrialization. The second part is about the managerial theories including Marketing Strategies (chapter five), Analysis on Market (chapter six) and Discussion on the Models of Cooperation (chapter seven).
