A Study On The Organization Of Individual Undergraduates From The Perspective Of The Identity

It is a subject of political, strategic and practical significance that how ideological and political education of university students fulfill the mission and its responsibility to consolidate and expand the basis of youth of the communist party in power. The research on the organization of individual undergraduates from the perspective of identity is a try to analyze and solve this important issue.The main theme of "study on the organization of individual undergraduates from the perspective of identity" is, under the guidance of the principle of "dialectic relationship of individual and group consciousness" in Marxist theory, from the perspective of organizational identification, and the breakthrough point of ideological and political education, to analyze the influential factors of organization of individual undergraduates, to show the regularity of organization of individual undergraduates and to elucidate the great significance of benign organization of individual undergraduates to consolidate the basis of youth of the communist party in power.The nature of individual organization is the organic unification of the objective property of organization and individuals'subjective demands. The principal contradiction to decide the nature of individual organization is between the increasing individual demands and relatively backward effectiveness. Individual organization is the inherent request of human's socialization, and the important platform and the path to ideological and political education.On the basis of a large sample survey, the studies have defined the manifestation forms of individual organization of undergraduates, including survivable individual organization, status individual organization, emotional individual organization, commutative individual organization, value individual organization, and aspirational individual organization; after dynamic complexity analysis of individual organization of undergraduates, seven basic dynamic feedback patterns have been found:the basic dynamic feedback pattern based on self-identity; based on social identity; based on subsistence needs; based on the pursuit of ideal; based on the organization's coherence and attraction; basic dynamic feedback pattern of "burden-shift"; and the negative basic dynamic feedback pattern of "delayed" effects. On the above basis, there are four aspects of developmental trends in individual organization of undergraduates:the first is progressive changes in manifestation forms; the second is a development of incomplete match between status identity and ideological identity; the third is a development of unification of the urgency of individual demands and the plasticity of organization directional option; the fourth is the chronological development of organizational categories of individual organization.In the background of "economy globalization", "four diversities", and "popularization of higher education", individual organization of undergraduates is faced with many challenges. Facing these challenges, ideological and political education must fulfill the mission to consolidate and expand the youth basis of the party in power through optimization of its own structure and innovation of method. The optimization of structure includes the layering of target, integrity of content and optimum management in ideological and political education of undergraduates. The new methods include systematic means of recognition, the methods of depth interview and supportive means of system.
