Contemporary Chinese Citizen Political Participation, Institutionalized Research

Starting from the fact that Chinese citizens join politics and taking use of knowledge of multiple subjects such as politics, sociology and so on, the paper regards the Marxist theory of political participation and the CCP's creative theories on the construction of democratic politics as its guidance, and probes deeply into the issue of systemizing the political participation of Chinese citizens. The paper combs systematically the theory and practice of Marxist political participation, so as to provide a theoretical foundation and practical basis for systemizing the political participation of Chinese citizens in the contemporary era. The paper deeply reviews the history of systematical construction of political participation of Chinese citizens since the national building, and with the typical class as en example, takes a traverse analyses into the systematical construction of political participation of Chinese citizens since the national building, and makes a scientific review. Seeing from the angles of economy, system, culture and so on, the paper makes a deep analyses into the restricting factors on systematical construction of political participation of Chinese citizens since the national building. Circling around the establishment, improvement of political participation and the process of socialization and within the general frame of construction of socialistic democratic politics in China, the paper constructs an all-dimensional countermeasure system of citizens' political participation from five aspects of insisting the CCP's lead to political participation, establishing and improving the system of political participation, cultivating the citizens' consciousness of participating orderly and sensibly, broadening the field and level of citizens' political participation, and optimizing the social zoological environment. Thus, the paper provides a scientific way of thinking and method for the systematical construction of citizens' political participation in China.
