On The Important Problems Of China's Rise

At present, the world is paying close attention to the problem whether China's rise will exert great influence on the world or not. The problem also get into a lasting and heated argument over the world under the threat of China's rise or China's peaceful rise .Not only the argument is not in the interests of China's rise ,but is it detrimental to the development of the world. Therefore, it is a important problem that need prompt solution.The theme of the dissertation is that how to rise for China or what influence China's rise has on the world? The dissertation selects several relevant problem to analyze and expound. The major contents of this dissertation are as follows:The introduction illustrates the reason for selecting such a research subject and the significance of the study, the current research state of the subject, the way of thinking and methods used in the study, the innovation and defects of the dissertation.The first part mainly discusses and analyzes the influence that times theme exerts on China's rise. The part researches into the connotation ,structure and new development of times theme at present. Its connotation has three meanings, its structure includes two sides, The cooperation has become a part of times theme, because times theme decides the way of national rise, under the peace, development and cooperation of times theme, any national rise must adopt peaceful way, China is not an exception.The second part mainly analyzes the possible ways that China's rise needs take, in the light of the international strategic thought of several generation leaders in new China and its development trend. The part analyzes the international strategic thought of several generation leaders from the three sides, first, their recognizance about international atmosphere and definition of Chine's role; second, their understanding about China's national interests and judgment of national target; third , their respective diplomatic thought and strategies. In view of the above analyzation, we can come to conclusion that although several generation leaders differ from international strategic thought, their key is to safeguard the world peace. Moreover ,with the overall alleviation of the world situation, China's international strategic thought will continue to develop in the direction of peace and cooperation.The third part expounds that China's rise is peaceful and harmonious rise on the basis of Consideration being given to both China's and foreign interests. First, the part researches the meaning of native interests from the view of the relevance between China's and foreign interests. Second, the part discusses that Consideration being given to both China's and foreign interests derives from china's inherent culture and the external atmosphere. Third, the part expounds diplomatic policies and practice of Consideration being given to both China's and foreign interests on the basis of China's "cooperation" idea and"harmonious" development idea. The fourth part analyzes that the Taiwan problem's influence on China's peaceful rise and peaceful policies that China must persist in during realizing national integration and rise. First, the part analyzes nature of Taiwan problem and internal and external detrimental factors in course of China's peaceful rise. Second, the part discusses the Taiwan policies that China's government persists in, particularly, the sincerity of realizing national integration by peaceful way that law of anti-national split embodies. Third, the part raises several suggestions that promote China's peaceful integration and peaceful rise.The fifth part analyzes the different judgment about China's rise in the background of China's and the west traditional culture.
