| In the early 1990s, the Soviet Union, a party holding power for 74 years, collapsed overnight, which astonished the Communist Party members. While the worldwide communist activities are in decline, yet the Communist Party in China was at its best, thriving and prosperous, which also astonished the whole world. Our Party has explored the answer to solve the historical problems, that is, build itself stronger. In retrospect, during the reform and opening up period, our Party sought its way hard and put what they thought into practice. The fulfillment encompassed experiences, successful or bitter. The experiences of developing process threw light upon academic theory, correct understanding of history and paving the way for further exploration.The works concerning the experiences of building the Communist Party are numerous, home and abroad. Based on diligent study of Chairman Hu Jintao's address for the Party's 85th birthday and five Principles of keeping advanced, this paper concludes some rules from 6 aspects with the aid of existing theories. Firstly, concentrate on theory building and innovation, guaranteeing the harmonious pace with the world.Secondly, strengthen the Party's root base, spread its influence wide among ordinary people, so as to make their fate closely connected. Thirdly, put forward official management reforms to forge a supporting team of high quality. Fourthly, enhance its organizing building, making it the adherent practitioner of the Three Represents. Fifthly, fight with corruption, keeping its vigor and prosperity. Sixthly, arrange for assembly education and promote regulations to keep it ever-lastingly vigorous by exploring effective mechanism.
