ADR Research In The View Of Post Modern Science Of Law

Since the reform and opening to the outside world, along with China's monocracy modernization construction is connected to the world step by step, we are experiencing or facing the challenge from the pressure of lawsuit. Compared with ADR development which is in the ascendant in the west, the non-lawsuit disputes solutions including harmomegathy is playing an weaker and weaker roll in China's disputes solutions ------ the tradition is disappearing. In my opinion, this result comes from the shortness of combing and theoretical summary to the traditional disputes solution in domestic field of science of law, further short of deep understanding and thinking to the west ADR theory and practice.Post modernism is one of the greatest scientific theories in 1900s. it not only waved to whole globe in a high speed, but also almost affected all science fields, of course, including science of law.
