Based himself on former study, the author impersonally displays the history of the modern Islamic Laws with the combination of three principles extracted from methodology, namely, integrity, contact and synthesis as the basic theory and instructional idea. In the writing methods, the author emphasizes the integrity of history and reality, theory and practice, part and whole, case and synthesis study, universalism and particularity and uses analyze the modern Islamic laws historically and legally, trying to find out the track and characteristics of Islamic laws, the international relations and development of the modern Islamic laws with the evolution of Islamic countries of middle east as well as their society, and thus highlights the role of the modern Islamic laws in Islamic history development.Based on the above-mentioned findings, the author thinks as follow: Firstly, in modern Islamic world the development of the modern Islamic laws displays its own value judgment and style, which are formed together with the pressure of outer and inner power, development of Islamic laws and cultures and other alienated laws and cultures. In the reform of Islamic world, this developing style becomes a reform mode in law with some historical characteristics; secondly, with the pressure of outer and inner imposed on Islamic world,the social status and social function of Islamic laws are various according to the practical relations of politics and religion, which makes legislation and judicature in Islamic world work in multisystem.Thirdly,there explains it is not a fact that the reform of Islamic law alone attributes to the absorbing from the western laws. The Islamic politicians, ideologists and jurisconsults actively explore the reform of Islamic law in terms of their values so as to constitute its modern system; fourthly, in modern society, Islamic world commits themselves to modern reform of laws. As traditional law and culture, Islamic laws impact on modern reform of laws in Islamic world increasingly, which in nature reflects the relation of modern laws and cultures and traditional ones. Fifthly, from the aspect of law, the reasons of coming into being the Islam renaissance thought are multisided. But one point can be sure that Islamic laws should discard outdated ideas and reform the laws to adapt to the development of society and time tide.
