On The Technical Interests

In the course of economic and social development today,the importance of technology is becoming more and more obvious on four levels as nation,industry,corpration and individual.Technological interests becomes starting point and goal of technological innovation and technological progress.Technology and interests are all important subject of economics from the economic theory viewpoint.So.the research of technological interests is derived from practical and theoretical thought with technology and interests.Meanwhile.the study of technological interests has stronger theoretical and practical meanings. On the one hand,it improves the study level of technology theory and fills the gaps in study of interests theory.which enriches the economics theory.On the other hand, it plays a practical role in making technological progress and getting technological interests of China.Based on the concept of technological interests ,the paper attempts to construct a complete theoretical analysis frame.lt consists of five parts and eight chapters.The first part consisting of first chapter is introduction,it introduces the study cause and meaning of this paper and its main content and innovation.The second part consisting of second and third chapters is theory analysis.It probes into the gengral law and particular mechanism of technological interests from a new theoretical viewpoint and attempts to build up a basic theoretical frame.The part expounds the definition,characteristic,classification and literature of technological interests,then investigates the whole process of creation,exchange,share and realization of technological interests.The third part consisting of the fourth,fifth and sixth chapters is positive study.There are four sections in its micro-analysis,the first is technological change and Chinese interests,the second is macro-investigation of technological interests in social development;the third is positive study of technological interests and economic growth in China,the fourth is technological interests and sustainable development of China.There are four sections in its mid-investigation,the first is technological interests and superiority and esclation of industrial structure of China,the second is technological interests and agriculture advance of China,the third is technological interests and new-industrilization of China,the fourth is technological interests and automobile industry development of China.There are also four sections in its micro-investigation,the first is technological interests and the core competence...
