An Economical Analyse On The Enterprise Ethic Behavior

Abstract: The economic behavior of enterprise is closely associated with the orientation of main ethical values, which is a prerequisite discussed in this article. One hand, the behavior of enterprise aims at the maximum effects. At present, this concept represents main denotations of traditional economic theories. On the other hand, our practical range and extent soar to unprecedented expansions because our capability for conquering and improving the world keeps in continuous improvement. We begin to recognize that behaviors of personal or organization depend more and more on these factors (except technology or costs) including time, space, environment and continuity, etc. The goal of this article is not to deny the maximum behavior of a rational man but to analyze the definition of "rational man" under wider background and more accurate constraint conditions or to make the economy guide enterprises to fully rational ideal states and economical study objects more compatible with practical persons and their behaviors.Different from modern pop economical theories, the goal strived for in this article is to discuss related contents according to the following assumptions:1) The body of economical behaviors (legal person of enterprise) is limited and rational;2) The body of economical behaviors is an entity of self-interest and altruistic motivations;3) The body of economical behaviors aims at the unified optimum benefits. The ethical behavior should be an actual and autonomous choice of an economical body (behaviorable or unbehaviorable). Once this ethical behavior is determined, ithas a certain ethical trend. The loss of enterprise ethical behavior may have no obvious influences on economical operations within smaller space scope in a short term (not recognized due to limits of technical skills), but this loss can bring relatively serious consequences to economical operations within larger economical space in a long term, so the verification in this article is not fully limited by "ethic" from judgment of good or evil values but based on "ethic behaviors" finally selected and judged by "benefits" within a large space scope in a long time, aiming at the unified optimum benefits.In our study, a kind of payment theory assumption is brought up in this article, in which a conflict between justice and benefit is investigated, and the methods for solving this conflict or improving ethic behaviors of enterprise (reforming the economical evaluation system for enterprise and improving enterprise accounting statements) is finally brought up.This article is discussed with independent ideas in each chapter by firmly surrounding "subjective" and "objective" of enterprise ethic behaviors. The whole article regards above-mentioned three assumptions as the main body and each chapter educes its internal value trends or practical approaches from existence of enterprise behaviors and by using for reference of and adopting the relevant knowledge on ethology, psychology, philosophy, management science and mathematic statistics, etc.To be simple, enterprise's ethics behavior is a research object of this text. From enterprise to enterprise's behavior , and then reach the enterprise behavior with specific ethics value orientation, form direct research logic. Regard " enterprise's ethics behavior " as the research object, is different from the study on " enterprise's ethics " in terms of ethics, influence by ethics factor , restrict , determine to enterprise behavior but result that produce give science know and then in terms of economics.
