In case of the different target market needs,more commercial enterprises create the competitive advantage through the resource integration and sharing. The integrated commercial industry can gain the competitive advantage of compatibility,this compatibility is a very important successful factor in the prospective retailing . As the increasing of the consumer incomes and the development of the economy,the people require the various commercial service. This requirement ask the diversified retailing industry to fit the consumer needs. The author creates the concept of integrated commercial industry because the simply combination of commercial industry can not illustrate the value and the utilization of the industry. And also the author study the basic principles and the supply chains of the integrated commercial industry. This article have done the four levels deep research and practice focused on the value chain,operations model,supply chain system and the growing patterns of the integrated commercial industry from the literature review and practical research. The first level (theoretical level) studies the growing pattern,value chain and theories of commercial evolution.
