The core of the democratic question is that the power gives and receives, and the election is the best way to solve this problem that the democracy chooses. With the times of the party politics arriving, the political party become the important political subject of political power, especially the political power of the party in power cross or overlap each other with state power, its extension is quite big. So, the question seems increasingly important that the political party's inner power gives and receives. This text just probes into question of inner-party election from this visual angle. Entering party politics era, the political party becomes the important subject of political power, the power of political party is equally public power, so, it is necessary to carry on inner-party election to ensure the legitimacy that inner-party power gives and receives. Inner-party election is generally different from to election, election of different political party have a difference too. In view of the particularity of the system of Chinese political party, that we study Communist Party of China's inner-party election has special meanings.
