That is to say aggregating is a mean and increasing efficiency of the system is the purpose.Taking aggregating process of elements and formation, maintenance, development of the integration system as objects of study, using the theory and knowledge of Management, Management of Organization Behavior, Economics, Mathematics, Physics and The Theory of System, adopting the method of speculative philosophy and case analysis, the paper researches and probes the fundamental principles which integration management relies on. The research will enrich and develop the theory of integration management which has general guiding significance and offer theory supporting and helping to enforcement of integration and integration management of enterprises and other sorts of social organizations.At first, the thesis researches the history development of practice, idea, theory of integration and integration management and summarizes the characteristics of different phases and clears present situation of researching about the field.
