The spirit of devoting to vocation takes very important part in the development society. Almost everyone of people in society reveal their essence through their vocation .How well people work in their vocaton depends on the spirit of devoting to their vocation in some way. According to the viewpoint of Mars ist the spirit of devoting to vocation belongs to the field of consciousness of society and is determined by social being. So we shuold reseach the cocial being to analysis the spirit of devoting to vocation. This thesis is a reseach work to reveal the essence and its value of the spirit of devoting to vocation and how to cultivate it in China. The purpose of this reseach work is to potray the national spirit of devoting to vocation to promote the developmet of modenism in C h i n a. This thesis stands on the theory of Marxism and start point from our cociety to analyse the source of the vocation in present situation. Based on this anlysis the author decided the chinese modernisit ion would not succeed without the spirit of devoting to vocation exiting among the broad masses of the people. For the sake of this the author make effort to reseach how to breed the spirit of devoting to vocation which adapt to the situation of?the degree of the development in present in China. This thesis regard the spirit of devoting to vocation as the national culture spirit and the central reflection of the moral of occupation. As the culture category the spirit of devoting to j~) vocation has relation with many social factors and reflecting the essence of the being. The spirit of devoting to vocation is not same in diffrent development in history. The thesis hold that the devopment of the spirit of devoting to vocation reflect the progress of the society and the freedom of the humanbings. The thesis regard the people as the outcome of the social relations. That is to say the humanbing is decided what the social being is and what the social system is. So we shuold cultivate the spirit of devoting to vocation throgh improving the social systems , at Last the spirit of devoting to vocation which adapt to the need of social modernisat ion in China can be formed and take root among the masses.
