| Abstract It has been a distinct theme that each country sought æºconomic developing?or æƒndustrialization?or æˆodernization?not only on practicing but also the theorical Research since World War LL,which has become mature togher with development of the world economics. Up to the 1980s, the foreign scholars had been the main characters on studying of Chinese industrialization or modernization in international. On the contrary, Chinese hadn抰 because it was influenced by both at home and abroad. After that, Chinese came to study such problems as discussed abroad . I interest in theory of industrialization not only it is my needs of learning, but it is closely related with developing and changing of social economy of China since in the modern times. The Thesis consists of the following main contents: 1. Introduction: Showing how to choose the task as objective of studying. Stating the study of industrialization in the international and internal, as well as the scope and the limit that is applying about concept of industrialization, and it wants to clarify a fact that national economy of china is a stagnate or development in the first 50 year of 20 century, and to provide a feasible basis for the research of task. The last part provides the basic frame of task. 2. The history prerequisite of early industrialization in Yunnan: Analysing the frame of system of social economic running in Yunnan round about 1840, which consists of the institute of the administration, the agricultural industry, mining industry, and running of commodity economy, and especially points out that the Ch抜ng Dynasty exploited copper mine in Yunnan, which had been in the frame of an imperial centralized system for a long time, and it had formed a characteristic of industrial structure which had the same importance as in the agricultural and mining industry ,which wasn抰 alike to the traditional structure of social economy in interior. Studying the state of growth of the commodity economy and market in Yunnan round about 1840, pointing out the scale of exchange of commodities and distributive state of collecting and distributing centre of goods in where it was on the centre and border, having a preliminary explanation to Yunnan?regional structure of commodity economy by analysing the state of population, agriculture, exchange of commodities and traffic etc. On the basis of the above梞entioned study, it is made concrete Analysis about ability of accumulate of direction and flow of regional capital in Yunnan at the time. 3. Turning point of developing of early industrialization of Yunnan梩he condition of traffic was two great changes in modern times: Analysing the relation between Dian梇ue railway completed in 1910 and starting of early industrialization of Yunnan and its iii i~5 characteristic, telling the difference from the way of starting of conventional industrialization. Analysing the course of early industrialization of Yunnan was further pushed forward by which the network of modern traffic had taken initial shape in the late l930s, studying the achievement of early industrialization of Yunnan by changing of capacity and value of imports and exports and how the conditions of modern industrial department came into being round about 1940.
