As an inevitable phenomenon in the world economic development,the tidal wave of the finance internationalization is coming to a head on a larger scale and faster speed than ever before .Someone regard it as a ie?so that we should rush to get it swiftly;someone think of it as a rap?and we should run away off it quickly.However,according to Marxist materialistic dialectic,everything tends to divide into two,so does the finance internationalization,and its influence is dual.By my academic analyzing and positive studying,we can see the advantageous effects of the finance internationaliza- tion take on mainly such as: it impels the world economic increase ,opimizes the resource deploying,improves the effi- ciency of finance itself,enhance international cooperation in financial field,and so on;its disadvantageous effects take on such as:strengthens financial capitals control over global economy,weakens the efficiency of the macro econcomic policy of governrnent,quickens the diffusing of finanical ven- ture in global scope,augments the difficulty of supervising and managing over the global finance,and so on.Even in every country,the influence of the finance internationaliza- tion behaves both chance and challenge,behaves profits as well as risks.Whereas between developed countries and devel- oping countries ,the advantages and disadvantages of the finance internationalization are even not symmetrical too,that is to say the advantages in developed countries are more thanin developing countries. Whatever its advantages and disadvantages ,in the face of this inevitable phenomenon,the world can not evade,at the same time China not evade too.So our only one right choice is to make our great efforts,intensify cooperation,tend to advantages and evade disadvantages ,and optimize its good effect.For this goal,the emphasis currently and in the near future is to understand financial risks ,try to keep away and dispose of international financial risks,try to keep away and dispose of international financial risks.To developing countries,maintaining security of their economy and finance must be paid great attedntion to.Under the condition that we can not surpass economic developing stage,can not change outside circumstance,the emphasis should be to choose posi- tive and reliable mode of finance opening,and to set down scientific and shrewd finance opening policy. China is a developing large country,in which along with opening advance in extent and depth,finance internationali- zation has started firm step.As many developing countries, China is on a sticky wicket in the situation of global finance internationalization,and must try in many ways to tend to advantages and evade disadvantages of it.One stratagem could be chose is that:to establish a osi- tive gradualisminance opening mode,raise the economic and financial strength in our country,set down scientific and flexible finance opening policy set up prudent supervising system of quaternity.
