The question of time is important in Kant's philosophy. Compared with other researches, the article argues the question in the aspect of the totality and inner change of Kant's philosophy. By interpreting time as Temporal Horizon, the argument is fulfilled in the revealing of Temporal Horizon. With arguing the similarities and differences between Kant's critical works and last works, the article reveals the structure and the principle of Temporal Horizon.Through the investigation of the critical works, the article points out the transition of the meaning of time. It transfers from"the form of sensibility"to"time-consciousness"and to"the transcendental determination of time". The transition lies in the ground of the dynamic constitution of Temporal Horizon made by epistemological positing and clarification. The diversity of epistemological positing and epistemological clarification reveals the Temporal Horizon as self-diversified. The article further mainly investigates Kant's last work Opus postumum. It points out the subject's self-positing as the principle of epistemology in Kant's last works. Since intuition and concept is unified in the subject's self-positing, the meaning of time is unified in the subject's"self-intuition". As a result, Epistemological positing gains the dominant situation in Temporal Horizon. Thereupon one comparatively unified Temporal Horizon is revealed in Kant's last works. Then the article explores the field of freedom and purposiveness to investigate the ontological meaning of time in Kant's critical works. Through analyzing the different meaning of"the moment of freedom","the aesthetic moment","the moment of anticipation"and"the endless time", the article reveals the diversity of Temporal Horizon. However, the situation is different in Kant's last works. The theory of the subject's self-positing establishes one ontological system in the transcendental sense. And one totally unified Temporal Horizon is constituted by the original identity and diversity of the ontological system. Oppositely, Temporal Horizon is internally separated in Kant's critical works by reason of the separation between epistemology and ontology. Finally, the article argues the influences of Kant's Temporal Horizon in relation to Fichte and Hegel. In a word, the article reveals the character, the significance and the foundation of Temporal Horizon in Kant's philosophy. And the essence of time is manifested in Temporal Horizon.
