The referring issue in the text research have been extensively studied previously and many achievements have been obtained. However, there are still some uncertain problems in such researches. For example, most of the referring researches merely focused on the anaphora research of the third person in the soliloquy text, but the dialogue text and the referring useage of the first person and the second person were lack of attention.Accordingly, we set up a data base and made the thorough research on the language materials in the selected range. Through this method, for the first time we performed a sysmatic examination and research on the referring states in the Chinese and Korean dialogue texts. The type and distribution of the referring words of the first, second and third person, and the relationship of the anaphora and the antecedent, and the factors influencing the distribution of various referring words in the dialogue texts have been comprehensively and systematicly depicted and researched. In this dissertation, we defined the so-called dialogue text, and made clear the context concept which is very important for the referring research of the first and second person. We proposed the statement that both the referring words of the first person and those of the second person all have the text construction function. The topic management of the first, second and third person and the new topic introduction situation in the dialogue texts have been examined and researched. On the basis of Ariel's Accessibility Theory, the referring ang anaphora situations of the first, second and third person have been depicted and analyzed in detail. In addition, the influences of the politeness principle and status principle in speech communications on the referring ang anaphora of the first, second and third person in Chinese and Korean dialogue texts have been examined.
