Ninghua Hakka distributes in the western part of Fujian province, this article studies the grammatical structure that been hidden in Ninghua Hakka. The content mainly consists of two parts: Part one is a research of the usage of words, including full words research and empty words research. It is a detailed description of nouns, pronouns, numerals, measure words, verbs, adjectives, onomatopoeia, adverbs, prepositions, conjunctions, auxiliary words, and interjections, with the aim to present a sketch of the parts of speech in Ninghua Hakka. In the second place, the thesis studies the syntactic relations of the dialect, which refer to the ways in which words, word groups or phrases form sentences. There are many important rules hidden in the construction. The second part is also a research of the main special sentence patterns, such as passive sentence research, comparative sentence research, interrogative sentence research, and so on. The thesis also has a theoretical inquiry into some grammatical phenomena, including aspects of verbs, the usage of "You" (有 ) , "Jiao" (较 ), "Tian" (添), etc., and the evolution of some full words change into empty words such as "Lai" (来), "Qu" (去) , "Zheng" (正) , "Shi" (时) , etc.. Comparing with history language and the other dialect, we can understand the main characteristics of Ninghua Hakka.
