The Creation Of Social Research

Since being an object of study of literary history ,the Society of Creation has been attracting the attention of quite a few students,due to its own complexity and variety. The essay examines its individual members and the society as a whole which achieved huge success and exerted significant influence in the history of Contemporary Literature of China .Based on the study of previous scholars , the author,in the light of historical analysis , is trying to venture some personalthinking and ideas on the Society of Creation - an old as well as new researchtopic .Charpters one to three objectively strengthen out the Society's development in its decade's existence , so as to make clear the processes and respective characteristics in its three stages .The essay assumes that its shift , in the first place , submitted to the need of internal self-development . And in the meantime the pursuit of creativity remained an important factor to promote the need . The Society of Creation experienced the transformation from a nonentity to a pure literay society which led literary current of the times , and eventually to a literary organization with practical orientation , which went against its earlier stand . Besides this ,its glory and declination , its charm and flaw are all closely linked with the principle of creativity.Charpter four is a study about the characteristics of the Society of Creation as a school . The essay believes that it is characterized by a comprehensive system ,its characteristics as a school consist of the following aspects : from the respective of its artistic techniques, the basic characteristic is an embodiment of realism , romantism and modernism ; from the respective of its ideological feature ,the pursuit of creativity comprises its everlasting lifeline ; from the respective of sentimental formation , it directs at enthusiastic youthful mentality ; from the respective of emotional colouring,sentimentality sets an unchan- ging tone for the Society ; from the respective of manifestation , the Society went afterpermanently subjective expression and self -demonstration . Only when those montioned above combine to make the system of the Society's characteristics as a school, can the Society of Creation have a whole and integral display .The second half of the essay , attempts to examplify and complement , with inspection on specific cases , the general study of the the Society of Creation in the first half. The essay chooses YuDa-fu , FengYuan-jun , HongWei-fa as examples for study and analyses their works and mentality from the point of femine criticism : YuDa-fu , his strong awareness of chauvinism and his view on women under such consciousness; FengYuan-jun, struggle and dilemma between the traditional chauvinism and the new feminism arising during 5.4 movement .The two unfolded living condition and their mental outlook during the period of transformation with their own writing practice. HongWei-fa was an important member of the Society in the middle stage ,his works chiefly show the feature of the Society of Literary Study,and that is representing the " blood-and-tears" reality and universal misfortunes of life with vivid realistic writing techniques.The difference in style between individual members and the whole Society proves in another way the compatibility of different schools in the Society ,and the mutual influence between the great Society.Since a lack of funds ,what is submitted here is Charpters one to four in the first half of the thesis.
