When human beings came to the 20th century, we faced the trend of globalization and integration. China is integrated into the trend of modernization step by step. The development of Chinese culture and world culture became a focus of the researching of the humanities, and it is also a hot point that attracted all the people's attention. When we look back on the dispute about the relationship between Chinese culture and the western culture and the nature of Chinese culture,we must mention the school of the Warring-States Strategy, the persons belong to this school put forward several theroies on the re-construction of Chinese culture. If we can understand their theory, that is to say we opened a new point for the understanding of Chinese prominent intellectuals in the 20th century.The school of the Warring-States Strategy is an important academic school that rose during the Anti-Japanese War, and was very active in the rear area, we also call it the School of Warring States. They gained the name by publishing the Warring States Strategy and DaGong Bao--the Warring States Supplement, and the proposition of the replay of Warring States. This School emerged when China faced the National Crisis of mordern times and the whole world suffered the Second World War. It inherited the thought of advocating force that came into shape at the end of 19th century and the beginning of the 20th century, and it also absorbed the culture notion in morden west. They aimed the fate of human beings and tried to explorate the regulation and the developing trend of Chinese culture. They reflected the notion of"utilization of West in Chinese form","wholescale Westernization", and"culture based on Chinese", finally they found that only depended on"bring"or"down"can not find the way that can lead the Chinese walk out of the culture crisis. The final purpose of the Anti-Japanese War is the reform of culture. So, they put the nation and people as the precondition of their reform, they expaned and reconsruct the nation spirit which has been eroded and ruined by the flames of war. They advocated historical viewpoint of culture morphology, criticized the bureaucracy tradition,and revewed the traditional ethics,emphasized nationality transformation and the re-construction of Chinese culture. This thesis focuses on the thoughts of some representatives of the School of the Warring States Strategy, Lei Haizong, Lin Tongji,and Chen Quan. The author tries to find out the philosophy thought of them.By using history as the foundation of their research, using the spirits of seeking truth from facts while interpretating the cultural \political and ethical proposition of them, they author find out the characteristics of the School of the Warring States Strategy and the irreplaceable function of them in the Anti-Japanese War. And at the same time they can also provide reference for the re-construction of Chinese culture in the impact of globalization.
