Objectives: â‘ To separate and confirm the effective portion and components of anti-coronary atherosclerotic heart disease of Rhodiola rosea.â‘¡To screen the industrial-scale production program of the effective portion and components of anti-coronary atherosclerotic heart disease of Rhodiola rosea.â‘¢To build up the quality control standard of the effective portion.Methods: â‘ The active of substance in yeat two-hybridize system (in vitro) and mouse model of myocardial infarction (in vivo) were selectede as indexes of separating. The extract of Rhodiola rosea were separated by the system-solvent methods and the effective portion was founded.The silica gel column chromatogramy, PTLC, C-18 column chromatogramtography, preparation HPLC were used as separating method to study the effective components of anti-coronary atherosclerotic heart disease of Rhodiola rosea. â‘¡According to the mono factor design and multifactors design, we used the relative contents of the effective components as index to select the extracting program and refining program of the effective portion.â‘¢Then the quality control standard of the utility portion was built up after the methodology validation.Results: â‘ the fraction G, J, K, N, R and V separated from the n-butanol portion which was confirmed as utility portion,show strong effect. At the same time twenty six compounds were isolated from the 80% ethanol extracts and sixteen compound were identified on the basis of spectroscopic methods and physicochemical characters. Among the compounds, seven compounds were new compounds, five compounds were reported in Rhodiola rosea plant for the first time. â‘¡The extracting program of effective portion is as following: the extracting solvent is pure warer, extracting 2 times, first time add 16 times extracting solvent and second time add 12 times extracting solvent to the materials and the extracting lasts 2 hours.
