Since the middle and latter parts of the 80s, endoscopic surgical technique appeared and has been successfully applied to abdominal surgery and other surgeries.and that made us consider how to introduce the technique into facial rejuvenation to oblivate sequelae and to get the better results. The endoscopic apparatus and equiments are the basis of endoscopic facial rejuvenation.After reviewing the application of the endoscopic surgical technique in plastic surgery and combining the Chinese facial anatomical characters and our operative custom ,making use of our previous endoscopic video system,triturated and modulated a set apparatus basically adaptable for this kind of operation on Chinese patients. These apparatus have been and will be improved with clinical experience.According to the operative field and working requirements,We modulated the arthroscopes of 4 mm 0 ° and 30 ° rigid scopes with the2-150 mm focal distance,5-50mm being the best distance.
