From A Clinical Study To Investigate The Etiology And Pathogenesis Of Rheumatoid Arthritis

Objective Rheumatoid arthritis(RA) is a common self-immunity disease,which is manifested mainly with chronic arthrosynovitis.Synovitis repeatly results in disorganization,deformity and function lose of joints,disability,even death.RA belongs to BI-syndrome according to clinical mainfestions in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM).Altough neijing has laid the foundation of pathogeny,pathogenesis and therapeutic principles of BI-syndrome,there is no more detailed and complete description of this disease for the restriction of history.Now,national relevant departments formulate the professional standard and the national standard.Because the term of clinical diagnosis and therapy and the criteria of syndrome differention in TCM don't completely conform to the clinic,it's difficult to carry out.The pathogeny and pathogenesis of RA decides the criteria of diagnosis ,the syndrome differention, the therapeutic principles and the prognosis.Though the study on the pathogeny and pathogenesis of RA and the investigation on the differentia with other BI-syndromes,the internal relation and rule in the pathogeny,location,nature and change of the disease,we realized the essence of the disease more thoroughly and concretely to take more effective prophylaction-therapeutic measures.We made a classified and comparative study on 1512 clinical data with RA and collected the clinical status and analyzed with fuzzy clustering analysis.We investigated the pathogeny and pathogenesis of RA in TCM to provide the theory and clinic basis of a system of clinical diagnosis and therapy characterized with syndrome differention.Methods Clustering analysis is one way of mathematical analysis developing quickly in recent 20 years.The objects of a research project are classified on the basis of some features.It is used widely in the classification prombles of biology and medicine.Clustenng analysis is scientific and objective to classify without any prior knowledge.It is fit for the need of rasearch in TCM(constitution,classification of syndrome combination of symptomes).RA is a disease defined with western medicine.In order to treat and interprete the pathogeny and pathogenesis and classify and define with TCM,it is a best way to make clinical trial by collecting the entire medical record(the pathogeny,the clinical status of...
