Modulating The Stomach Prescription Intervention Neuropsychiatric Theoretical And Experimental Study

Five viscera holding spirit is an important part of the theory of Traditional Chinese Medicine.According to the theory, man's mental activity can be divided into five parts: spirit, fetch, soul,intention and idea, which are dominated by the five viscera respectively. On the basis of five visceraholding spirit , we think that the holistic harmony of Spleen and Stomach is key to mental activitybecause the Spleen and Stomach, located in the Middle Warmer, can regulate the body's vitalenergy ,and if the function of the transfer is out of gear ,it will be able to influence the movement ofthe vital energy and then bring forth the abnormity of mental activity .Depended on Huangdi'sCanon of Medicine and other doctors' opinion afterwards ,the Spleen and Stomach can regulatethe body in many aspects ,including five viscera's vital energy ,ying energy ,wei energy ,vitalenergy , blood ,and six channels ,and the movement of the vital energy is nearly correlated with thefunction of five viscera and the mental activity .The philosophical background of the theoryoriginates from the ancient Chinese culture which pays morn attention to the conception of Middleand Soil .So Huangdi's Canon of Medicine and other doctors afterwards always treated mentaldisease from Spleen and Stomach ,and most classical prescriptions treating mental disease containthe drugs that regulate the Spleen and Stomach.We compared the effect of some representative prescriptions which regulate the Spleen andStomach ,such as Caohuozhimutang ,Guadisan ,and examined the difference of their functioninfluencing the cerebral neurotransmitters. The outcome indicates that different prescription hasdifferent effect on the neurotransmitter system :Buzhongyiqitang ,Wendantang ,Guadisan mainlyacting on the catecholamines (Cas) neurotransmitter ,the Dachengqitang mainly acting on thepeptide ,and the Guipitang Caoguozhimutang chiefly acting on the amino acidneurotransmitter .Buzhongyiqitang has exciting effect on the transfer of the neuralinformation ,Dachengqitang Guadisan have restrained effect ,while the Guipitang WendantangCaoguozhimutang have double directional adjust function .Through this experiment ,we alsopartly reveal the mechanism of the prescription above treating some mental diseases and uncoversome curable diseases by these drugs .For example ,Buzhongyiqitang can treatdepress ,frighten ,constrain by accelerating the metabolism of 5-HT and reducing its content .,curedementia and have potential medical function on some diseases such as Huntington chorea(HC),Schizophrenia ,Shrink gastritis etc by increasing the content of NPY .To further the prior experiment ,we adopted the DDRT-PCR to research the change of thedifferent expression in the hippocampus of the kindle epilepsy model and the influence by theCaoguozhimutang .Results: there are 110 bindings showing the difference of gene expressionbetween the normal group ,model group and treat group ,which has some characteristic as thebellowing :(1)68 gene bindings appear in the normal group ,but disappear in the model group andtreat group , that shows the long-term use of PTZ cause damage of part gene..(2)There are 4 genebindings appear in the normal group ,but disappear in the model group and the reappear in the treat英文摘要 VIIgroup, that shows Caoguozhimutang can promote repairing the damaged gene .(3)There are 28 genebindings do not exist in the normal group ,but turn out in the model group and treat group ,thatindicates that PTZ leads to some gene expression and the 28 gene bindings are correlated with theepilepsy.(4)There are 11 gene bindings disappear in the normal group ,but appear in the modelgroup ,and then disappear in the treat group ,that indicates the 11 gene bindings are correlated withthe epilepsy and Caohuozhimutang .After searching in the Gene Bank ,7 bindings in the...
