Objective: To study the effection of diabetes mellitus and infectionhepatitis B virus combined diabetes mellitus to hepatic fibrosis. Method: (1)To create a STZ-induced animal model of delayed-onsettype 1 diabetes mellitus(DM) in tree shrew. (2) To create a HBV(+)combined diabetes mellitus(HDM) animal model in tree shrew.
