Abstract/Summary:
The separating-planting mechanism is the core working part of the rice transplanter. At present, the research work of the separating-planting mechanism at home and abroad of using computer to optimize systematically is seldom. At aboard, it mainly is some specific product research and development, through the field experiment to simulate, through the durability test to improve design parameters, and the studies are not enough systematic and comprehensive. The domestic enterprises mainly are to imitate the foreign prototype and the innovation are little; the domestic universities mainly are based on the mapping method, through the field experiment to modify the parameters, and the agricultural machinery research cycle is long, it is difficult to get the best results.The core of modern design method is optimization, which is the basis of virtual experiment. Beforeâ… engaged this research, the parameters optimization of the separating-planting is mainly the man-machine interactive parameters optimization method in my group, it mainly is the user to enter a group known parameters according to their experiences, and depend on the user intuition, or the experts experience to judge whether the current parameters meet the requirements and whether the current optimization results are feasible, the process of adjusting the parameters has "try and error", the optimize accuracy is hard to be ensure.This paper is hosted in my national natural science foundation for young, the project name is "Digital design,analysis and experimental research on the transplanting mechanism of elliptic planetary gears", and the exploration of the digital technology parameter optimization design of the separating-planting mechanism of transplanter, the research achievements for other products development of the agricultural machinery also has a certain significance.This paper main research results are:1) Based on the modern design optimization method, by the mathematical modeling, based on the optimization characteristics of the separating-planting mechanism, made the digitally analysis and design of the twelve kinematics goals, and the virtual test.2) Through the digital design results and the working principle of the separating-planting mechanism, combined the requirements of the high-speed photography and the results of the field work, it detailed analyzed the twelve kinematics requests, and established the target functions, put forward the judge method which meet the kinematics target requirements.3) Developed a software, with optimal parameters, virtual test and virtual test function. Based on the theoretical model, it analyzed the relationship between the parameters and the targets on the platform, and made an order for the targets from strong to the weak. After digital the target functions, the optimization levels showed on the platform. The software will use the database technology to save the optimization results.4) Applied the comprehensive fuzzy evaluation method to evaluate the parameters optimization results of the separating-planting. For much group optimization solutions obtained from the software platform, through the evaluation model, get the satisfaction of all the feasible solution, evaluated the highest satisfaction, that is, for the optimal solution.The main innovation points are as follows:1) Proposed the digital "Star Judging Method" based on the multi-parameters and multi-targets etc., the calculation results of the objective functions are showed on the software platform, and tip the optimization path, the optimization process is quickly and directly.2) Developed a separating-planting mechanism aided analysis software which applied the VISUAL STUDIO.NET and SQL SERVER development tools, for the first time on the parameters optimization software application that used the dynamic loading database, lasting layer technology, the application of MDI form key technology, and the third party components technology to create the visualization software platform with better the man-machine interactive environment.
