The drivers are the receiver and the handler of the information from thetransportation system, their behaviors feedback to the traffic system directly, so thedrivers decide the traffic running state. The drivers are the most important part of the"human-vehicle-road-environment" system, at the same time; the drivers have thehighest complexity in all of the elements in the transportation system. The research onthe driving behavior has been the focus in the traffic engineering study. The drivingbehaviors model establishes a link between the characteristics of the single vehicleand the traffic. It explains the macro-transport phenomena from the moving of themicro-individual, and makes the development of the traffic flow theory. The drivingbehaviors model has important applications in the field of traffic simulation, trafficsafety and intelligent driving. The psychological field theory learns the basic concept from the physical fieldto describe the characteristics of individual human activities. It has a strong influenceon the psychological, and it study the perceptual and cognitive of the human. It usesthe concepts of the physical field theory is because the physical field is a scientificsystem which analyze the material relationship between objects. Establish a drivingbehavior modeling framework based on the basis idea of the psychological fieldtheory which describe the daily behavior of the human. And make use of thismodeling framework to revise the GM car-following and establish the integrateddriving behavior modeling framework. The researches are as follows:(1) Summarizes the research status of the driving behavior. Review the existingresearch from car-following model, lane-changing and the integrated driving behaviormodel. Summarizes the development trend of the modeling of the driving behavior, contains the widely using of psychological-physiological information acquisitiondevice, more attention to the link between driving behavior and traffic safety, and thespecialization and integration of modeling.(2) Establish the model framework of the driving behavior based on thepsychological field theory. Based on the basic idea of the non-contact interaction ofthe objects and the mechanism of the behavior power, introduce the time distanceconcept to describe the degree of driver perception to the front one-dimensional space, and extend its application range to the two-dimensional space. Connect the pointwhich has the same time distance to constitute the drivers'psychological field equipotential, and establish the driver's psychological field model. Establish thedriving behaviors model framework based on the psychological field combine withthe effect of the object inside the psychological field.(3) Improve the GM car-following model based on the driver's psychologicalfield model framework. Adjust the structural of the GM model and introduce theexpectation headway to solve the GM model's defect which the output accelerationsolely rely on the relative speed. On this basis, provide the concept of generalizedheadway and combine with the drivers' psychological field model framework, makethe model describe the respond to the object of two-dimensional space. Test andverify the model stability through numerical simulation, the results show that theimproved model solve the shortcomings of the original GM model, and has goodstability. By the simulation of the interference effect of lateral vehicle, analyze theeffect of the individual vehicle and the vehicle team passing the lateral vehicle. Theresults is closer to the actual situation, fit the general awareness of such behavior.(4) Establish the Integrated driving behavior model based on the driver'spsychological field model. With feature of the driver's visual distance rangeincreasing and the angle decreasing, define the effective range of the driver'spsychological field. Design the calculation method to collect projection of the objectin the psychological field scope, and calculate the curve points to determine theobject's intensity of psychological field. Design the max intensity changing directionmodule to achieve the estimated trend of the psychological field. Analyze the produceof the driving force, and the car-following, lane changing, free driving states. Designthe integrated driving behavior model structure. Based on this model structure, designthe object running state expression module to describe the relative movement betweenthe object and driver, design the psychological field intensity calculation module tocalculation intensity of the object's projection in field, design the field intensitychanging rate module to calculate the field strength changing of the object, design theobject property information model to express the direction of the distribution of thepsychological field forces, design the combined multi-object module to describe thecombined effect when existing multi-object in the psychological field, design lanechanging decision-making module to express process of the lane changing.Preliminary build the driving behavior model, and use the numerical simulationmethod to simulate the simple transport scenarios, initially verify the validity of themodel. At last, make a summary of the work, analyze the progress and achievements of this paper, and then provide the further necessary content of the research. |
