This paper mainly contained two parts. First part in the paper iscolltrolling of seam filature pulling combine in real time. It include two levelcolltrol system .The first level control system was composed of industrycomputer (IPC) which get the data from the second level control system andshow this data on screen of compuler and send the cothel command to nexttier .The second level is real time control system which was made bymicro-computer. The second part of the paper talk about the wirelesscommunication between data monitor center and real time control system inremote product line.Since we adopt the method of digital closed loop colltrol system usingthe microcomputer (or fixed phase), the accurae synchronal transmission ofmulti-motor has been achieved. So this method make sure the precise controlbased on pulling ratio among the parts of system. Meanwhile, the windingdevice complete operation of accurate constant speed by applying thecompound colltrols system with MRAS. So it can guarantee the quality of silk.The speed difference control of multi-motor has been designed in thesecond level of the product line. Because each transmission devices areindependent closed loop colltrol system, the colltrol accuracy of systemdepended on accuracy of settings which was made by the chipset computer andwas designed to be a fixed phase closed loop control system. This design ofsettings made the frequency given stable and reliable and had high adjustingaccuracy. In addition, the setting's error is zero in static and dynamic status andidentification ratio can be up to 0.1H or 0.01H. These kind of high accuratesettings had never been seen in the other reference. It is very useful for designof digital control system. Because every control umit is a independent digitalclosed loop control system in the whole control system, this proposal of digitalsynchronal transmission can be applied to steel rolling, printing and dyeing intextile field, paper making, plastic making and wire making etc.The IPC in the product line had the fimction, which can simulate andmonitor the production process. The digital emulate based on the computer wasfinished by the IPC program as well as the winding device compound controlsystem of with MRAS device. The two level control system based on IPC withindustry control software had been applied to the oversea industry processwidely. In the domestic, ths kind of control system is being studied and applied.In this paper, we designed general two level control system by means of VMindustry software. Especially, this paper created MRAS, which use thecomputer program to simulate the winding device feature, and put forward aproposal of compound control and variable MRAS. It had stUdy value in theoryfield and applying value in practice.The applying the wireless remote communication based on GSM to thethe domestic. Theuseful try for the industry control syStem. This wireless remote monitor systemwith GSM can extend the communication distance to all over the word. Thissystem can not need sPecial commwhcation cable to the data monitOr cedeethes way can decrease the cost make the commtalcation way credible, makethe data tfansmission correct and make the net work maiIltenance easy Sinceths kind of remote montOr syStem have these sPecial feta, so it can be aPp1yto the distribuled fields of oil field, agriculture, work at sea etc.
