Since last century, there were more than one hundred astronomysatellites that been launched. These satellites could cover the energyscope from the microwave to the super-high energy γ -rays(about 500 MeV).But there was no satellite could observe the energy scope from 20keV to300keV(hard X-ray energy scope) because of the difficulty of the imagingtechnology. Astronomer found this energy scope was very important forobserving high energy celestial bodies.Hard X-ray Modulation Telescope(HXMT) astronomy satellite is thefirst astronomy satellite of our country. HXMT astronomy satellite is veryimportant to the high energy astronomy physics because it's mainpayload-HXMT aims at hard X-ray energy scope. Scanning celestial spherecould find out hundreds of celestial bodies in the hard X-ray energy scope.But there was little research about scanning celestial sphere in theworld.In this paper, an intelligentized controlling model for scanningcelestial sphere was put forward. This model used a method which combinedorbit plane's moving,orbit's moving and intelligentized scheme plan. Itcould finish scanning the whole celestial sphere except cap of thecelestial sphere. The biggest advantage of this method was that it couldsimplify HXMT astronomy satellite's flight mission and it needn't controlthe satellite active during the period of scanning.Firstly, HXMT astronomy satellite's mission was discussed in the paper.It was the base of next research content.Subsequently, the intelligentized controlling method usingMulti-Objective Genetic Algorithms(MOGA) was brought forward which couldscheme the satellite's flight mission. The model had solved energy outputproblem and the number of attitude changing mode needn't increase.Then, a new coding manner of GA was designed. This coding manner aimedat the speciality of HXMT astronomy satellite's intelligentizedcontrolling method. It could describe all informations of HXMT astronomysatellite during the period of scanning and shorten the time of experimentgreatly.In the last part of this paper, simulation result is given and it showsthat this model is efficient.The intelligentized controlling model for scanning celestial sphereis developed independent. It is the base of HXMT astronomy satellite'slater task. Also, it puts forward a new direction about the spaceflightmission's multi-objective and multi-restrict problem.
