A comprehensive and in-depth study on the two aspects, i.e. the rock-slope stability fuzzy analysis and the landslide harnessed about the left bank of Xiao Dong River Electric Station in the Lei River is made in the paper. The main contents are as follows:1. Through rational and quantitative description of some main factors, such as the resistance surplus of saturated slide in main slide controlling surface (belt) and in main slide belt, and the primary causes of the slope losing its stability, rock structure, geological effect and so on, the stability of rock-slope is divided into five grades. The main sources of power that analyze the rock-slope losing stability are ancient seismic, ancient flood, river diversion together with its trendence erosion, and the foot of slope cut resulting from the construction of roads, railways and buildings. When the slope has the conditions of deformation and stability lost, the geology construction stress field and the self gravity field will begin to adjust themselves again. In the course of adjusting the stress field and gravity field, the deformation rock body appears to lose its stability to achieve new balance and stability status. The rock structure, crustal stress, demolish power, the effect of water, slope-height, slope-angle, earthquake, the technology of slope excavated and other factors that affect the rock-slope stability are analyzed here. Rigid Body Limit Balance Method, Finite Elements Method. (FEM), Distinct Elements Method (DEM), DDA Method, Artificial Never Network Method widely adopted at present in rock-slope stability analysis are discussed. At the same time, the adaption scopes and defects of these methods are pointed out by analysis. The concept of "membership degree" in fuzzy mathematics is applied to describe the transformation from "affirmation" to "negation" by using the figures from 0 to 1. Considering the uncertain problems of stability analysis which have the characteristics of random and fuzziness, the author uses the fuzzy approximate deduction and the maximum membership degree principle to analyze and evaluate the rock-slope stability. There are fourteen effect factors chosen to analyze fuzzily the rock-slope stability. Ridge distribution in effect factor of quantity and trapezium distribution in the effect factor of ration are applied here to construct membership function. The specialist valuating method combined with the Huang Zhong Fu formula method isused here to determine the proportion of importance of each effect factor. The method of the two class synthesis assessment is adopted to analyze the stability of rock-slope.Based on two concrete engineering cases, the method of fuzzy analysis is examined, and this result demonstrates that the fourteen membership functions, constructed by the author, are reasonable. So is the proportion of importance. The membership functions and the distribution of the proportion of importance can also be applied to analyze the stability of other rock-slopes.Through the study of the engineering geology conditions and properties of the landslide about the left bank of Xiao Dong River Electric Station in the Lei River, through the analysis of the causes of landslide, and by using STAB procedure about limit balance method and famous Finite elements ANSYS software to analyze the landslide stability, a conclusion is made that when the water level of reservoir is 150 metres, the safe coefficient of landslide body stability under the statured status is 0.97, and the slope may be wriggled or slid, which is consistent with the result of the author using fuzzy analysis. Based on the calculating result and from the point of the safe reliability, technical availability, economic rationality otc, the author makes use of the reinforced scheme of network beam to reinforce and harness the landslide body, and set up perfect drainage system and supervision system during construction and utilization.
