Most oilfields have entered the tertiary phase after many years of waterflooding at home and abroad, and it is still the main research direction to recognize the reservoirs correctly and to improve the production conditions of the oil layers in the oil production field. Aiming at the questions to be solved in the course of the reservoir accurate description of the high water cut recovery stage and the tertiary oil recovery adjusting stage, with the example of the 1 to 3 units of the Es2 from the Sheng-1 area of the Shengtuo Oilfield, circling with the core of raising oil recovery, adopting the method of the union of the study with the field test, and the union of the physics simulation with the reservoir numerical simulation, and the union of the oil geology and the reservoir engineering with the production technologies, the union of the reservoir description with the reservoir numerical simulation, the union of recognizing the reservoir with improving the reservoir, and systematically studied the questions from the re-recognition of the geology exploitation characters, the reservoir evaluation, the dynamic prediction of the water driving recovery indexes, the evaluation of the polymer performance suitability to the reservoir condition, the contrastive evaluation of the polymer driving, and the countermeasure study to raise oil recovery after the tertiary oil recovery, etc. Through the research, the work flow and methods system of the whole course were set up, which is of important instruction significance to the reservoir accurate description after the tertiary oil recovery and the production adjustment theoretical study and its practical application. The whole course includes the reservoir accurate description and the contrast evaluation of the tertiary oil recovery effect, the countermeasure research of raising oil recovery in further water drive to the production adjustment.The accurate reservoir description technology has been widely used in the west and east oilfields of our country, and it is playing more and more important role in the adjustment of high water reservoir. Through the observation and description of the core, and with a lot of well logging and geological logging data, the research suggests that the Es2 is mainly the delta deposit and the I to 3 units are mainly the anastomosing river delta plain subfacies deposition, not the opinion hold by the former researchers that the 1 unit of the Es2 was the turbidite facies deposit. The text studies the structural feature, the depositional feature and the reservoir characters in detail, and comprehensively appraises the heterogeneities and the sensitivity of the reservoir.On the basis of the re-recognition of the reservoir geology characteristics, the research has carried on the production behavior analysis of the research area, and divides the research area into different exploitation phases according to the well pattern adjustment and the drive mode changing, and analyses the exploitation character of each phase, and also predicts the waterflood indexes using kinds of methods, which provide references to the contrast analysis of the polymer flooding effect.The Shengtuo Oilfield has carried on two kinds of polymers, two kinds of injection strategies and the field polymer flooding test, and the high difficult exploitation situation requires the reservoir numerical simulation technology to develop for the orientation of the fined, high level and the union...
