Strong correlated systems such as t-J model and super t-.IJ model are recogonized as one of the most valuble research fields because of its relevance to the phenomenon of high temperature and material of it. The super t-J model has been studied by many physicians. Most of them carried out the investigations within the framework of QISM and Bethe ansatz method. The methods are very useful in decrihing the information of the eigenvalues and eigenstates of the model. But they have very limited power as far as the computation of correlation functions are concerned. In this paper, generalizing the algebraic analysis method to the supersymmetric model with boundary condition,we study the q-deformed supersymmetric t-J model with a boundary condition.Connecting model with level-one highest weight representation of super algebra Uq[sl(211)],the vaccum states were constructed and correlation functions were computed. This paper was devided into two chapters. In chapter one,the free boson representation of le~Tel-one DY,it.sl(M + 1[1V ?1)] was studied; the chapter two is about the research of q-deformed t-J model with a boundary condition.
