With great changes in global climate and abnormal supreme weather in recent years, the geological disaster happened more frequently than before, so people attach more and more importance to the geo-disaster defending and decreasing for the social economic development especially after the big earthquake in Wenchuan, Sichuan province. As our nation's great strategy informational source, Geo-Hazard information is the key technology in the area of government managing decision, it plays an important role in that project, how to use it has become the key problem. The development of new industry and promoting of life level, so the service based on the geo-information is in large needs.Geo-hazard spatial information sharing service platform is to build a basic spatial information sharing environment. In this environment, Geo-hazard norms and standards in compliance with the premise to the form of Web services for government agencies, enterprises and public sharing. Sharing, including sharing of content, shared objects and shared channels and other issues.Actually with the development of internet technology and cloud computing, the problem of shared geo-information has received primary achievement, so has the accordingly evaluation work. The paper advanced a theory and practical research geo-information technology that faced services in matter of geo-disaster evaluation. The foundation was based on the SOA and GeoWeb2.0 technology. And also the author suggested a standard system of management of geo-information, built up-to-date institution of spatial basic geo-data, spatial shared rules to realize the standardization of the process in data producing, gathering, dealing, building, releasing, sharing and changing as well as spatial information polymerization technique.The major content and achievement of this paper is set below:(1)From the standpoint of situation for spatial shared information service stage, the author made boundary decision for that stage and catalog for its users, then advanced spatial information shared mode. What's more, according to the analysis for the needs of data construction, application services and systematic performance, and to the discussion of the data safety, the author made a request for shared stage secrecy needs.(2) Introduced the the idea of disaster ontology, proposed heterogeneous multi-source information integration approach to geological disaster: Service Aggregation Integration and service composition to achieve a multi-source, multi-scale, heterogeneous integration of geological disaster data, description, organization and management, and the design of spatial database and examples of model validation.(3)By mean of the disaster the idea of ontology, And then designed and elaborate the geo-shared service framework that is adapted to Wenchuan zone by using data catalog rules, geo-shared service model by Geo-hazard Spatial Information Sharing Service Model, another elaboration about the service interface design, its evaluation and application as well as effective system test was finished based on the Wenchuan geo-disaster evaluation and application system and shared service stage design.(4) By deploying the geological disaster shared-information services platform on the AppLogic platform to achieve the deployment of"geo-disaster cloud"prototype, which ,for the future , can be a reference in geological disaster service in southwest China.
