With the technology service playing an increasingly significant role in the collaborative innovation, the technology service system synergy not only can effectively promote its own system upgrading, but also can play a promoting role in the whole collaborative innovation. Based on the relevant theory and literature review, according to the particularity of the technology services, the dissertation is devoted to theoretical research and empirical research on it. The corresponding conclusions are follows:1. The dissertation builds up the model of the technology supply, and analyses the evolution process and the storied promotion. The science and technology service system is divided into technology management service subsystem, technology intermediary and testing service subsystem, technology information service subsystem, technology talent service subsystem, the technology financial service subsystem. Through the 15 experts’ consultation from 2 questionnaires, the 27 indicators of 5 subsystems are reduced to 22.2. According to the evaluation system of technology service supply and the evaluation method of technology service supply synergy degree, 2006-2013 technology into the zone in Jiangxi is measured. The results show that the synergy degree increased year by year, 2006-2009 science and technology supply synergy degree are 0.02, 0.07, 0.08 and 0.27, belonging to the low degree of synergy. 2010-2013 science and technology service supply synergy degree are 0.43, 0.46, 0.5 and 0.73, belonging to the medium degree of synergy.3. For further research of technology service supply cooperative surplus, the research designs the Science and Technology Service Supply Cooperative Surplus influence factors Questionnaires, and distributes 140 copies, of which the recovered copies are 125, effective copies are 121. By adapts factor analysis, it determines the 5 main influence factors: the synergy degree and strategy(explained the total variance of the 35.934%), demand and the environment(explained the total variance of the 9.993%), operation(explaining 7.132% the total variance of), management(explaining 6.102% the total variance of), security(explained the total variance of the 5.362%). On this basis, it builds up the geometric model of science and technology service supply cooperative surplus production and enhance.4. Based on the system dynamics model, from the four aspects of synergy foundation, synergy power, synergy management, and synergy environment, the paper analyzes the supply synergy questions in technology into the zone in Jiangxi, and offers some suggestions:(1) implements balanced development strategy of Productivity Promotion Center, make all kinds of science and technology service institution to harmonious coexistence;(2) implements the Productivity Promotion Center dislocation development strategy, establish a multi-level wide coverage science and technology service system;(3) establishes competition mechanism and open cooperation mechanism, guarantees efficiency of collaborative technical service supply;(4) establishes the risk control mechanism and cooperative surplus distribution mechanism, guarantees the sustainable development of science and technology service supply;(5) establishes the free competition mechanism, riches collaborative management subject, compresses management range, establishes multiple supply flat management mode;(6) the government management compensation should change from passive to initiatives, improves the management level;(7) the strategy of introduces the high-tech enterprises and the strategy of promote the transformation and upgrading of enterprises is combined, the market demands is produced;(8) increases the financial support and promotion, and keeps the channel of science and technology finance smooth.
