With the rapid development of economic globalization and the growing enterprise competition environment, the competition between modern enterprises has become the competition between supply chain and supply chain. The diversity of people consumption concept, the new product life cycles are getting shorter, volatility of demand market and those from external factors drives enterprises for effective supply chain integration and management, and strategic alliance with other enterprises in order to enhance core competitiveness and resist external risk. And the key measure to achieving this goal is the supplier selection. Therefore, supplier selection problem has gain great attention no matter in supply chain management theory or in actual production management problems.In practical supplier selection problems, there are a large number of uncertainties, such as fuzziness of producers and consumers demand, fuzziness and dynamic of supplier supply capacity, risk from natural and man-made factors, visibility of the whole supply chain, etc. These uncertain factors have a great influence to actual assessment and selection. In order to properly deal with those uncertainty factors, this paper based on the fuzzy programming theory research on the problems of supplier selection.In this paper, the main research contents are as follows:1. The fuzzy multi-objective supplier selection model is established, under the condition of not allowed out of stock, considering the demand of producers and decision-makers’ satisfaction as fuzzy variables, this study proposed a fuzzy multi-objective programming model, three objective functions are minimization of costs, maximization of quality and maximization of on-time delivery, respectively.2. In order to avoid the influence of some qualitative criteria for supplier selection, a fuzzy method is designed to evaluate suppliers based on qualitative criteria.3. Based on supplier selection problem of dynamic and fuzzy, a fuzzy mixed integer nonlinear dynamic supplier selection programming model is proposed. And credibility theory is introduced to solve the proposed model, and sensitivity analysis of confidence level for the fuzzy objective function and constraint conditions is analyzed.4. According to the external environment risk and overall supply chain visibility of decision-makers focus on, a supplier selection model considering supply chain risk and visibility is proposed, and the solving steps and flow chart of framework is given. Finally, in order to analyze and study the influence of risk and visibility with supplier selection, the sensitivity analysis is conducted.
