Study On The Development Of Forestry Industrial Investment Fund In China

Forestry is an important part of the national economy with functions of ecological, economy and society; it has the important status in the construction of ecological, economy and society. In recent years, with the worsening of ecological environment, the society pays more and more attention to forestry, the forestry industry is facing good development opportunities. However,due to the historical debt and imperfect financial support system, capital restraint exist in the development of forestry. Therefore, it is very necessary to carry out financial innovation and enrich the system of financial support for forestry in China. As a new financial instrument, industrial investment fund havethe function in the collection of social capital and ithasrelativeadvantages in capitalstabilitycompared with otherfinancing methods and conforming to the forestryindustry characteristics, so it has a wide development prospect in the field of forestryandthe related studyisboth of theoreticalandpracticalsignificance.Based on the combination of theoretical analysis and empirical analysis, qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis, macro and micro methods, this paperhave carried on systematic research to the issue of forestry industrial investment fund. Specificialy,this study mainlyincludes three aspects.First, it introduces the concepts and basic theories of industrial investment fund, the forestry industry investment fund concept and characteristics were defined and analyzed here. This section includes chapter1and2of the paper. Second, it analyzes the necessity and feasibility of the development of forestry industry investment fund. In the aspect of the research of necessity, it is mainly based on the analysis of the current situation and problems of China’s forestry investment and financing system, proving it by combining with the characteristics of industrial investment fund. In terms of feasibility study, it mainly analyzes five aspects of the current environment of the development of China’s forestry industry investment fund, including policy, market, money, experience and project. The section includes chapter3and4of the paper. Third, it has a preliminary design of the development model of China’s forestry industry investment fund. In this section, first, it summarizes the development experiences of domestic and international industrial investment fund, followed by a comparative analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of different forestry industry investment fund system, putting forward the development model of forestry industrial investment fund by combining with the characteristics of forestry industry, finally, it analyzes the possible obstacles that affects the development of the forestry industry investment fund and proposes targeted suggestions. This section includes chapter5to8of the paper. The results of this study indicate that:1. Forestry efficiency in China needs to be further improved;2. Forestry enterprise’s financial demand cannot be effectively meet;3. The forestry industrial investment fund can promote the growth of forestry industry;4. It is feasible to develop the forestry industrial investment fund in our country. On this basis, the paper design the development pattern of the forestry industrial investment fund and puts forward to several suggestions:1.amend the rules and regulations;2. Construct the multi-level capital market;3. Improve the institutional environment for the development of industrial investment fund;4. Strengthen the training of talents.
