This thesis is to carry out research on a wide range of linear sweep source key technologies, which are high-resolution laser radar imaging(No.61471256) and high-resolution real-time spectrum analyzer in the core and key technologies, this thesis work more more is applied to a high-resolution real-time spectrum analyzer in order to achieve multi-wavelength parallel sweep technology in a wide range, the system of multi-wavelength light sources have more stringent requirements, this paper uses a number of innovative technologies, so that multi-wavelength light indicators have greatly improved and improved the technical basis for the overall research project. The main contents are: 1. Summary of the status and trends of various multi-wavelength light source technology, describes the importance of fine multi-wavelength light source in two systems, one is Tbit / s transmission rate of high-speed optical communication systems, and the other is the ultra-high resolution near infrared spectroscopy, these systems are used in a narrow linewidth, wide spectral range, adjacent wavelengths in the 10 GHz frequency interval of the order of continuous fine multi-wavelength light source and the optical frequency comb. 2. The high-speed time-division multiplex communication system needs smooth amplitude, high repetition rate pulsed light source, the conventional technique may be implemented actively mode-locked pulse light source such as, but requires a high-frequency electrical signal; rational harmonic mode-locking techniques may be low frequency signal light pulse sequence of high repetition frequency, but the amplitude of the light pulse is not flat. For small spectrum multi-wavelength light source technology covered in the scope of the problem, first proposed the Fabry- Perot laser as a continuous multi-wavelength seed source, highly nonlinear dispersion-flat fiber seed sources will 3dB spectral coverage expanded fivefold, reaching 17.6nm, 6db spectral width reach 40 nm. Features of this technology is that it can achieve a continuous spectrum of light in a wide range of narrow linewidth optical frequency comb, compared with the optical frequency comb pulses of light, there is no problem of dispersion broadening, dispersion compensation is not required when applying. 5. As the hole burning limiting the gain medium, in principle limited the development of dense wavelength technology, design optical gain system having a cavity, using fiber Brillouin effect as the gain mechanism, instead of the traditional inversion optical amplification mechanism, which in principle avoid the hole burning, not only by the output frequency of 10 GHz spacing of 19 wavelengths, and these multi-wavelength may be in the range of 28.5 nm(1543 nm to 1571.5 nm) are synchronized, continuous tuning.
