E-commerce is a new network of economic activities at an unprecedented rapid rate of development, has become the major developed countries and enhances the economic competitiveness and advantage to win the world an effective means of resource allocation. Seize opportunities, speed the development of e-commerce, using information to promote industrialization, promotion of information, take a new road of industrialization and the inevitable choice of the objective requirements.E-commerce development in China still faces a number of outstanding problems.Electronic authentication, online payment, logistics, credit, security and market monitoring system is still unable to meet the needs of the rapid development of e-commerce, development environment needs further improvement; e-business standards of integrity, lack of support and coordination, the market applicability need to be further strengthened; uneven development of enterprise information, e-public services lag, universal application needs to be improved. E-commerce in the acceleration of economic growth mode transformation, enhancing economic efficiency and other aspects of promotion of the role has not been fully realized.From the green, environmental protection, full use of resources point of view, the construction of enterprise e-commerce site e-commerce services will be based on the OSS platform, customized personalized e-commerce services, access to professional third-party e-commerce service provider of high quality, and quality service.How to find an efficient method to guide service development and maintenance of operations support systems, a new operational support system model for e-commerce services; how to use professional e-commerce services for the industry applications and users construct a mature, secure, reliable platform, designed a new service platform architecture, operations support; how to expand the effective network solutions to SME marketing, a web-based marketing and sales funnel model PDCA theory of intelligent marketing system; how to solve e-commerce services for a unified and standardized access and integrated into the operations support system, based on service composition and integration of related technology, a service access and integration of e-commerce solutions are four questions which this paper want to solve.The paper contains seven chapters:Chapter One, introduces the related background, and discuss the major enterprises to build e-commerce systems approach; second chapter introduces the theory of e-commerce and e-commerce System construction of the main ways that third-party e-commerce through the integration of professional services to build e-commerce systems will become a mainstream trend; third chapter describes a new standardized shared managable data framework; fourth chapter describes a generic process service QoS framework; fifth chapter to discuss a instant messaging service description model; sixth chapter to explore the combination and integration services, methods, and describes a unified and standardized service access and integration methods; seventh chapter tosummarize all the research for this paper, and the next research content of outlook.The main innovations are described as follows:(1) proposes a new data frame (Standardized Shared Managable Data Framework, SOM-DF), in the standard dimension, realize data standardization through the construction of standard operational data model (ODM Operation Data Model); in a shared dimension, build standard data sharing mode (SDP Shared Data Pattern) to realize data open; in the control and maintenance dimension,build a data management and control system (DMA Data Management Analysis). The data frameworks have been applied to China mobile B2B Foreign Service platform project, and verify the feasibility and rationality of the framework. [Paper [1] [6] [7]] [Patent [1]] (Chapter III)(2) proposes a general process services QoS framework (Generic Process Service the QoS Framework, GPSQF). Based on the three major stages of a process service lifecycle, the framework consists of four components:QoS requirement specification, QoS-aware service selection, QoS consistency monitoring and QoS violation handling, which are implemented in a consecutive order to provide lifecycle QoS support for process service. The QoS framework has been applied to modern service industry common service platform, and verify the feasibility and versatility of the framework. [Paper [9] [11] [13]] [Patent [3] [4]] (Chapter IV)(3) proposes a scalable instant messaging service description model (Instant Messaging Service Description Model, IMSDM),. The model describes instant messaging service from the summary of services, quality of service and service interfaces three aspects. The model has been applied to design and develop instant messaging service component. Availability and scalability of this model are proved. [Paper[3] [4] [10]] [Patent [2]] (Chapter V)(4) proposes an optimized service integration method (Signal-Data the Separated-based Service Integration Optimized Method, SDS-SIOM), introduce the idea of separate signaling and data of telecommunications field to the service integration field, make service orchestration central control as signaling and use point-to-point data transmission, to avoid the transmission of redundant data, and improve the efficiency of the invocation of the service in the service integration process. This service integrated optimization method is achieved in the development of the food industry network platform. Feasibility and effectiveness of this optimization method are verified.
