Wireless sensor network (Wireless Sensor Networks, WSNs) is a wireless network composed of a large number of sensor nodes deployed in the monitoring area by multi-hop organization form. Wireless sensor network is mainly used sensor with sensor mode sensing the object information, then it transport data to sink node through Wireless Network. Also sink node send the data to the monitoring center through the forms such as Ethernet, Mobile Internet. Traditional nodes in wireless sensor network not only are responsible for the monitoring task, but also as relay nodes to accomplish the data transmission which should come through some routers. Because of this, the nodes which are closer to the sink nodes consume energy more rapidly, and then the whole wireless sensor network energy consumption is not balanced. According to that, a newly mode of wireless sensor network which is based on mobile sink is widely used. The principle of it is that sink nodes acquire the real time information about monitor through moving in the whole monitoring area, and the newly mode could balance the consumption of the network’s energy.The typical application of the Wireless Sensor Networks is the resource of forest’s monitoring and the monitoring data. However the nodes which are used monitoring in the resource of forest is easily broke down because of the bad climate and environment in the forest, and the links between the nodes are easily broke down due to the influence of the climate outside, which influence the reliability and operation’s stability of the wireless sensor networks.Because of these disadvantages, designing Wireless Sensor Networks which are highly-reliability and low-consumption is the key to meet the application of monitoring the forest’s resource.This paper is concerned with the stability and reliability of network transmission affected by the mobile-Sink-aimed wireless sensor network node or linkage failure and work environment. This paper has realized the key technologies for the high-reliability and low-power-consumption of mobile-Sink-aimed wireless sensor network through reliability evaluation, reliable routing protocol and MAC protocol at the level of network transmission layer, network layer and data link layer. The main work content and innovative points are presented as follows.(1) According to the mobile feature of Sink node in mobile sink wireless sensor network, the node-based communication radius and ZigBee network power amplifier parameters, which are suitable for the system power-consumption model in mobile sink wireless sensor network, have been built. The concept of relay node different from cluster node has been also established.(2) The research can be applied to the location update and routing selection for mobile sink wireless sensor network. Through the prediction of Sink node movement and the determination of new coordinate, the relay node will be selected within the effective radius dependent on the power consumption of Sink movement. When the direction of Sink node changes again, the location and direction of the Sink node will be updated according to the location of relay node. The second-phase updating process of the route will be realized through the relay node radius, communication radius, Sink location estimation and Sink movement direction.(3) The concept of synchronizing cycle and data packet transmission rate and the principle of adjusting duty ratio will be defined and analyzed accordingly. The data packet transmission rate refers to the number of data packet transmitted within the given time in the mobile Sink network. The dynamic principle of adjusting duty ratio has been also established to design the timer of synchronizing cycle suitable for mobile sink wireless sensor network.The MAC protocol capable of satisfying the high level of reliability in mobile Sink network will be also realized.(4) The multi-value decision-making drawing (MDD) has been introduced into the reliability analysis of sensor node and communication link in the unreliable network. In an attempt to describe the relationship between the node and adjacent edge clearly and enhance the describing ability of MDD node, the individual node and non-accessed adjacent edges have been included in the set. Based on the assumption of the node and edge, different combinations of the node and its adjacent edges have been enumerated. By merging the sub-network isomorphism, the simplified vectors of the status and reliability have been solved. The measurement node and link reliability have been also effectively distinguished in the form of MDD variable.(5) We take wireless sensor network node, and ZigBee protocol to establish monitoring and control system which comprehensive to preserve the forest carbon dioxide, oxygen, temperature, humidity, sunshine monitor data in dongfanghong wetland national nature reserve. Through the data to verify the effectiveness of the monitoring system, and based on the ZigBee protocol power change and broadcast information modification, can make it better adapt to the mobile sink wireless sensor network reliability for forest resources data. Experimental results show that the method is effective.
