| Objective To explore the anti- skin aging effect and mechanism of Ganoderma lucide polysaccharide. Methods Flow cytometry was used to detect the keratinocyte cell cycle and apoptosis after treat with drug and proliferation index was calculated. The activity of antioxidases and the content of malonyldialdehyde(MDA) of the cultured kerotinocytes were determinded. The different expression in genes related to aging of keratinocyte were detected by use of cDNA microarray V2.0.Results Ganoderma lucide polysaccharide increased cell proliferation index, reduced the accumulation of MDA and enhanced the activity of antioxidases,meanwhile changed in the gene expression of some aging-related skin cells. Conclusions Ganoderma lucide polysaccharide promotes cell proliferation and reduces oxidative stress injury of Keratinocytes. It has effects of anti-skin aging. |
