| Objective: Surgical correction of pulmonary stenosi s would increase pulmonary blood flow in patients of Te tralogy of Fallot. This increase in pulmonary blood flo w,together with the fact that most pulmonary blood vess els are poorly developed in patients of Tetralogy of Fa Hot,tends to produce relative pulmonary hypertension a nd increase pulmonary resistance. The aim of this study was to observe the effect of inhaled nitric oxide on he modynamics of patients after surgical correction of Tet ralogy of Fallot.Method: 60 patients (male 30 cases, female 30 cases) with Tetralogy of Fallot were randomly divided into two groups: the NO group and the control group. There was n o significant difference between the two groups in age , weight , HCT, SaO2, PAI, LVEDVI. After the operation, the b asic data of all the patients were obtained, then 20ppm nitric oxide inhalation was given to patients in the NO group. HR, mSAP, mPAP, CVP , PCWP ,CI, PVR, SVR of the tw o groups were obtained at 10min, 30min,60min,180min,360... |
