Hepatoma is one of the most common and malignant tumors which threatens to human life. About 90% of hepatoma is hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) . In each year, more than 250 thousand cases of HCC were reported around the world, among which 110 thousand cases (44.7%) occured in China. Due to the difficulty in early diagnosis and treatment to explore, the tumor molecular mechanisms, early diagnosis and effective clinical treatment on HCC has been a major research project all over the world.
