Objective: In order to provide sensitive and reliable technique for the study of the relationship between environmental estrogens and diseases, chromatographic analytical methods for three kinds of representative environmental estrogens such as industrial chemicals including bisphenol A (BPA), 4-nonylphenol(4-NP), 4-tert-octylphenol(4-tOP),4-tert-butylphenol(4-tBP) and tetrabromobisphenol A(TBBPA), synthetic compounds used as growth promoters of farm animals ( i.e. diethylstilbestrol, DES) and natural estrogens (i.e. estradiol) in rat serum and tissues, aquatic products and food packing materials were to be developed, respectively.
