Background:Severe acute pancreatitis is a severe disease with considerable morbidity and mortality. By experimental and clinical studies, this study reveals the pathogenesis of severe acute pancreatitis. It also evaluates the effectiveness of minimal invasive treatment on severe acute pancreatitis at an early stage by abdominal artery infusion combined with peritoneal lavage and drainage through laparoscope.1.
