Cells are the entities and the basic units of life , almost all organism are composed of cells and their matrix. Cellular mechanics is an important branch of biomechanics and has developed rapidly to be a front field of investigation in decades. It is well known that cellular configuration, function, growth, development, maturity, cacinoma, cellular proliferation, decrepitude , and cellular death , differentiation et al, are associated with mechanics. Cellular mechanics research blood corpuscle mostly in past many years, and research osteoblast, endothelial cell, lung cells, hepatocellular carcinoma and interaction of many cells mostly in recent years.Tumors are a kind of malignant disease and do harm to human health seriously, and have become the second killer of human life. Invasion and metastasis of tumors are one of the malignant phenotype, this is the direct reason of causing death. Whether inclinical medicine or basic theory, it is the first great project to research and illuminant the mechanism of tumor cells invasion and metastasis. The effects of cyclic stretching on the proliferation rate, elasticity and...
