From Ginkgo biloba leaves, collected in Jiangsu, China, sixteen compounds were isolated and their structures were elucidated on the basis of chemical and spectral results. The sixteen compounds were identified as (1) ginkgolide A (2)ginkgolide B, (3)ginkgolide C, (4)kaempferol, (5)quercetin, (6)rutin, (7)sitosterol, (8)bilobetin, (9)ginkgetin, (10)sciadopitysin, (11)isoginkgetin, (12)isorhamnetin, (13)kaempferol-3-O-rhamnoside, (14)3, 5, 7, 4 -tetrahydroxy-flavanone, (15)3, 3 -dimethoxy-4,4 -dihydroxy-stilbene, (16)10, 16-dihydroxyhexadecanoic acid.
